We did not have a good experience here. The only good thi g was the associate was kind. The establishment smells awful. The bathroom was nasty, smelly, and dirty. The tuna in our order was gummy, tough, stinky, and warm. We could not eat the bowl. We I returned to ask for refund I was told the company's policy is NO REFUNDS, only remakes. I was offered a cold peice of tuna to try, but it was tougher and still stinky. We did not want to chance getting sick, so I had to take a loss of $35. For reference, we have eaten several poke bowls over the years. Never had this experience.

Dingy. Not good food. Shrimp tasted fishy. Chicken was breaded and it was not stated anywhere that they have breaded chicken. I am GF and cannot eat breaded items so 😞 n was unable to eat a portion of the meal paid for. Service was incredibly slow took at least 20 mins to receive it and there were only two other people in the store. One of which already had their food. Would not recommend and would not return.

Had a good meal here. I got the Tuna Tataki bowl. All the ingredients were good and the portion size was generous. The guy serving was polite and helpful.

I really enjoyed my poke bowl from here. I got pretty good portion. I got salmon and tuna for protein. Edamame, corn, mango, crab salad, and fried onions for toppings. And the spicy mayo and poke sauce. It was about $18 total, which could be considered pricey but I was satisfied with the quality and taste! The staff was also nice (I think his name is Ry? that’s what it says on my receipt).

We stopped here on our way to a retirement ceremony. Our first visit. It was excellent. The servers were patient and helpful while we learned the process of how to order. My sons and I each ordered something different, and we all loved our choices. Being new, we ordered off the suggested items menu. I had the Salmon Dream, and my 16 year old had the tuna tataki, and my 14 year old had the cooked salmon bowl. My boys had theirs over rice, and for my base, I chose the spring mix. Loved the lighter option. I think I would like to try it over chips as well. If you like sushi or even if you are not a huge fan, I would definitely recommend giving it a try.
